A big shout out to JR Jewellers!! We have purchased different pieces in the last few years, but yesterday I picked up my family ring for my Big 50 , all I can say is WOW!
I know I was the one that picked it out , but he listened to everything I wanted and how I wanted it to show! ( I am not a big wearer of jewellery of any sort). His patience and understanding is amazing!

Owner is excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. Approaches watch repairs logically while trying the most cost-effective solutions first. Prices are reasonable and I'm always treated well. The hours are not as convenient as the mall, for example, but this is understandable since it is a "mom and pop" shop. They are open on Saturdays, which is great.
I go here for all of my watch batteries, band replacement, and other repairs. Owner is fantastic and very knowledgeable.
