I always have a great experience at this consulate. Everything is clear and straigth foward. They are professional, helpful and fast.

Haven't been to their offices but wow, am I ever so thankful for Rosie. Honestly, so informative and quick to reply. Rosie is super helpful and actually wants to assist people. I'm quite surprised at the negative reviews as my experience thus far has been good. In the process of getting my application ready to renew my passport (another stress during covid) and despite the Consulate being closed, ALL of my questions (I've asked many) have been addressed. Thank you so much!

I had to update my original review as the service I experienced at the Consulate today was really good. Very helpful and friendly. The website can still be a little bit clearer on exactly what documentation is required (as it lists conflicting information), but besides this, I am very happy with the service today.

Still waiting on confirmation that I have applied for my daughters passport back in October 2019. We were told we will get a confirmation email in January 2020, I have followed up with Pete, his help is very limited. Whether in South Africa or here in Canada, dealing with the government and the people is the worst customer service experience.
