The service at this location was great . I was very surprised that they were all handling the jewelry without gloves. I had to ask my wife to make sure she disinfected the gifts I got her .

Terrible experience when attempting to return something that I bought with promise of easy return if she didn't like it. I won't ever recommend them. They used to be good 10 years ago, but now, just terrible.

Hi I’m coming for buy Swarovski inside Bayview village ,I can’t speak English .,so next she is ledy in working inside Swarovski ,she is told me she can’t speak farci whit me..she don’t understand. But I’m sure actually she is Persian., Whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy?????
