What I love about fortunes is they can either do something very customized for important life events or sell you something very casual for birthday presents. I had my late grandmothers ring modernized to propose to my wife. Zac and Michael were very thoughtful about how they redesigned it to maintain the original character of the ring but changed it in a way that's modernized and suitable to my wife's style and tastes. I've also gone in to get bracelets, necklaces and earrings for birthday presents and was very happy with the stylish and affordable options I was presented with. This place is a gem!

The team at Fortunes is incredible. I was beyond impressed with the quality and service. They designed a custom engagement ring and wedding band for my wife, repaired broken jewelry and redesigned older family heirlooms for our family. Zac’s talent, creativity, knowledge and care truly are reflected in his work. Michael is a very creative and talented designer. Very friendly and a lot of fun to work with, he'll collaborate with you to get all the details just right for any custom piece you want. Ever since we got engagement rings custom made years ago, we'd never look anywhere else for special jewellery. Recently Michael and his team made a very special ring for us, and it is stunning! Very highly recommended if you are looking for something special.

My partner and I have purchased my engagement ring and band from Fortunes and both are absolutely perfect! We worked with Michael and Zac on the designs for both which was such an easy and efficient process. Most recently with Covid I was able to send some pictures of ideas for my band and talked about it over the phone. The result exceeded my expectations, it was exactly what I wanted and more!
