Oren Cash For Gold

I went to several other places first, butni should have gone straight to Oren Great people, great prices. I was able to trade in my silver along with other jewellery and recieved ALOT more than the other stores offered. Oren is better... The commercial is true. Thank you

Terrible terrible experience!! SO RUDE. No customer service skills. Not only that but the guy at the front FULLY lied about how many grams my jewelry (gold) was!! Unbelievable!! He said it was 4 grams and then I said I'd be back tomorrow and immediately he tried using tactics to get me to sell on the spot........ I went home weighed it on a scale my son gave me and it was 7.2 grams!!! Almost double of what he told me !! I would NOT go to Oren. Do your research on your gold! It's most likely alot more valuable than you think!

Selling 5oz worth of 24k gold bars for my aunt. Checked the price of gold this morning ($2500 / oz). Called Oren in the morning, they said they would be able to offer that amount to me. Went to Oren, and they immediately did a bait and switch on us. The man checked and weighed my gold bars, went to a back room and came out with a load of cash. We asked him how much that was and he said "count it yourself". Didn't know why he didn't just tell us what the amount was, but we counted the cash and there was $9300. He was offering $1860/oz which was extremely lower than what was said over the phone. We're talking about solid, pure gold bars - not jewelry, so it doesn't matter what 'condition' it is in (gold is gold!). We didn't want the hassle of travelling to another store, so we said we'll take $2400/oz. He said there will be no store offering $2400/oz and if we ever found one, tell him about it. Well, he was right. We didn't find a store that sold gold for $2400/oz... we found one that sold gold for $2500/oz! The store in Scarborough (on Markham Road) sold us the 5 oz bars for $12500; $3200 MORE THAN WHAT OREN WAS OFFERING US! My advice to you: 1) DO NOT GO TO OREN 2) Research the price of gold and make sure you are getting a good deal for your gold. 3) Oren is taking advantage of people during this pandemic crisis - they assume that people are suffering from hard times and need to get cash fast. When they put out the cash infront of us, it was as if they were saying, "look how much money you can get right now. I'm doing you a favour. All you have to do is take it. Sad to say, a person in desperate situations would succumb to this tactic. Don't. 4) DO NOT GO TO OREN

Came in to sell an engagement ring and well although i wasn't able to sell it, the owner was more than amazing. Thank you so much. I don't have my name on here but it's Montana! Thank you man.
