Shopping here was excellent today. The sales associate was able to assist me in finding a frying pan that would work on an induction cooker and to confirm that the 20% off coupon would be valid for the pan. I was also able to find a comforter and sheets for a twin-sized hospital bed. And all for a good price! Thanks!

You'll find everything for your home here, at least most of the things and quality is good. Every time I've been there I've picked up something. Wide range of stuff, polite staff. Washroom is within the premises, and checkout is simple process. And easily accessible from Kingsway.

I got an item but it was placed in the wrong aisle so I got it for a much higher price than I intended to. One lady kindly offer me 20% off the item as the items were misplaced and it was misleading but the other lady in the register wasn’t able to register the discount so I told them that I did not get an additional percentage off and the lady at the counter said “ I don’t know what u want me to do, yea” and I just felt so speechless. The offer for 20% off is nice but what’s the point if I didn’t even get it at the end. Might as well not offer it in the beginning. Customer service definitely needs work.
