Dan went way beyond what I asked, great guy. He went out of his way to find a solution for my problem with my leaking faucet. My brief experience at Universal was superb. Universal will have a returning customer in me.

Showroom sales ladies were great and helpful. Receptionist made me feel like I was inconveniencing her by asking where the showroom was. To top that off- she was starring at her cell phone for a good 10 seconds before even looking up at us and acknowledging we were standing there. I would recommend shopping around their showroom, but avoid the receptionist desk,
