BCAA is a very reliable company. With cars breaking down and risk of being stranded at any time this is a must have. Employees are extremely reliable and hardworking. Please give Mr Shiu (#48?-I think) a raise, he is a very knowledgeable, professional individual who helped us today in Burnaby early in the morning.

Just renewed my auto insurance telephonically. It was such an easy seamless process. The agent who dealt with me was super friendly, efficient and knew the company’s products. So glad I switched to BCAA, very happy for them to have my business.

Sometimes i come across rude people on the phone. I am vary disappointed by this. They do not care that you are in trouble. Others are grate, but a lot do not care. Please hire people who are nice to us on the phone. Thanks BCAA.

Bizarre BCAA recruiter Just FYI, i’ve got a very bad impression about BCAA as an employer after interaction with Edd Bennett. I applied for senior product owner role and has been invited for in person interview with building address and no office location or room, to wait "at the red chairs." Nobody showed up at the schedule time nobody responded to my phone call and email. I wasted half a day off my work. Then after 3 days Edd sent me an email apologizing and asking to reschedule. I agreed. He disappeared with no reply. Then I've seen a fresh posting for Senior PO role on Indeed and got in touch with him. He replied that it's a contract role (the job posting said regular full-time). The whole story looks like a mockery. Didn’t show up without any notice, didn’t rescheduled. Full time says indeed ad, he says it’s contract role.
