Worst customer service, staff and people skills. I understand why this store is always empty, even when you want to make a purchase, the staff in this store are extremely rude and disrespectful. No one is helpful, asking questions is responded with passive aggressiveness and impoliteness. Extremely unprofessional and lack of leadership in this store. The manager and staff should all be fired. Spend your money elsewhere.

Amazing service. I had bought an e-gift card during the holidays and the french guy here was super helpful he called the customer service and told us to come back and hell have it all sorted out because for some reason even though i had a reciept and everything paid, it wasn't working. He was so polite and helped with everything even though Swarovski's customer service was disorganized. He even gave us a complementary small necklace as a way of saying sorry for the trouble it caused. This is customer service at its finest!

Worst client service ever they don’t even acknowledge you

They had a sale on that was very misleading. You buy one item and supposedly you get the second for 50% off. We picked three items and none were on sale. The staff looked as confused as us. Either run a real sale or don’t!

Horrible customer service. Placed an order online with a store pick up at this location and I called them for status update. First time they tell me they dont know how store pick ups work and to call back tomorrow. If the employees of this place don't know who does? I call back the next day. Lady was acting like I was bothering her. Call back the next day. Who ever picks up the phone, puts it on the counter and just avoids the call. Can't express the level at which the staff there does not care about their clients.
