Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)

I’ve been in Calgary for about 2 year now, was born in Brazil and am a permanent resident of Canada. RCMP has my respect and I really appreciate them for keeping our city a safe place! Thank you RCMP!

I just dont like cops

I just had an excellent experience today when I was looking for a certificate from RCMP office. The lady at the front desk was very cooperative and provided the required document within few minutes. I really appreciate it and thankful to the department, especially that lady. Kind regards!

Alberta RCMP is now cracking down on "distracted driving" with heavy new fines. What, NO one is buying your dirty oil so the government is now frauding the innocent citizens for money? How about some wage cuts for your "royal representatives" instead? Personally, if a RCMP officer who drives while operating cell phone and tells me that when he operates a cell phone while driving, he is NOT being distracted, but when I am doing exactly the same as what he does, I am guilty of being distracted, what I am going to say is, "You are nothing but a fraud! Go base your claims on FACTS, INSTEAD OF ON YOUR IMAGINATIONS!" Tow truck drivers, skilled trades drivers, delivery truck drivers, taxi drivers, etc. have used electronic communication just like the RCMP officers for decades even before cell phones are invented. Where is the EVIDENCE that those drivers are dangerous? The real cause for car accidents is RECKLESS DRIVING. IT HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH CELL PHONES!
