Do not loiter around the csis buildings like I was taking pictures of some grafitti from on their parking lot once and was escorted off and a block or two away, I was not at harry hays but one of their other offices in calgary, I believe their data collection one but its only speculation on my part. These guys have published some nice software to parse huge amounts of files like say email attachments or just any file object and have a distributed cluster of aws or any cloud be used for more power on tap. Forget the name but its on github, I found the client portion of the system once, years ago. :)
