One of the best campgrounds. I travel a lot and can compare. All amenities you can think of, from full hoockup to internet and cable, all included. Everything is spotless, from bathrooms to grounds , pathways, marina. They offer short term stays , as well long term. Location is gorgeous on the ocean, marina is easy to use and it has gas station as well. Its close to Campbell River for shopping but there is a closer plazza with everything you need. Fire on the beach ... and you can actually see the stars... no light pollution. Its a beautiful place at a reasonable price.

Lovely walks along the beach. Very cosy little marina. Too small for anything over 20 ft. I'm sure but never hurts to ask. Cabins, full service spots, camping spots as well as spots for self contained units. Absolutely booked up! The best you can hope for this year is a night or two. Lots of fishing right off the beach

We visited the Campbell River area of Vancouver Island in July 2019. We stayed at the Salmon Point B&B Cabin and Rental which is located in the same compound as the Salmon Point Resort RV Park and Marina. We would go out for a walk into the RV Park which had a very good parking lot for the RV camper vans. There was also a marina next to the open ocean, as well as a heated swimming pool. There were cottages and rooms as well. I guess you have to book well in advance because it seemed quite full.

Wonderful stay at a great RV resort. Very well kept and constantly cared for grounds. Beautiful scenery and wonderful staff. I knocked one star off only because I really wanted a waterfront site but they said they were fully booked, however when I got there and for my full week stay there were at least 5 sites available at all times. Not sure why they didn’t offer me one. Also keep in mind if you want a real fire you have to book waterfront but you can have open fires on the beach and there’s lots of driftwood to burn.

Park is nice based on overall appearance, our disappointment was in the size of some of sites. We had no more than 5ft from our awning to the slide on next unit. On top of that they kept their windows open on that side and could not barely sit to have a conversation.
