The most wonderful staff. We received the most honest and compassionate care possible from Beverly after getting a tragic and terminal diagnosis for our beloved pup. Beverly went above and beyond to ensure we knew every option available to us and helped us to truly understand what we were facing. We are forever grateful for her passion and love for animals and what she does, as well as her thoughtfulness and empathy that helped us through a very hard time.

They were absolutely amazing and 100% transparent about possible costs or possible complications. Their staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this clinic for first time pet owners!!

I have brought my pup to Cadboro Bay since she was a 9 weeks old. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with caring for her. After each visit, I leave feeling more confident as a dog parent. Ps. Beverly is the best and will love your pet like her own

Extremely pleased with the service and the staff that helped me out the day of my dog's dental. The technician went over the discharge instructions so thoroughly, she answered all the questions I had without even having to ask. Then the vet came out and showed me the xrays of my dogs teeth that had to be removed to show me how bad they actually were. Overall super happy with how everything went. Definitely recommend this place!

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Rocheleau and her staff. I brought my very nervous rescue dog in yesterday, with her compassionate service she not only gained her trust but let her run some very necessary tests that we have been putting off. Thank you so much Cadboro Bay we are very happy to have found you!
