Best Western Plus Pitt Meadows Inn & Suites

Lovely room and very comfortable bed but not well sound proofed. We were in room 102 and I was happy I bought ear plugs as I could hear every word from the next room. Nice packed breakfast in the morning and a good sized room.

Exactly what you expect from a 3 star hotel. Its more like a 4 star. Great rooms, very clean, great staff. The front desk lady was awesome. She went above and beyond to accomadate my needs. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone with great expectations.

Covid protocol aside i wish they had a hot breakfast. I'd prefer more protein in there but alas.... The rooms are nice the gym has enough to get the essential things done.

We were there a couple weeks ago and I was worried about bringing my kids to a hotel during the Covid era, but we were obligated to be somewhere. Natalie at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and I noticed that the housekeeping staff were doing extra cleaning throughout the hotel. Enjoyed our stay.

The woman at the front desk, I believe her name is Natalie, is absolutely fantastic. She is beyond friendly. I have been here before and she was so absolutely pleasant in person, and when today called in with a question I knew without name it was her again. She is caring and compassionate. I won’t go into specifics but her keen eye last visit was so apparent seeing her worry of a guests clearly dealing with personal issues and handling it to her ability was so heartwarming, but also you can see her care of people in general regardless of being a paying customer or not. Great lady, heart of gold, she needs a raise, as a business professional, I would be ecstatic to have her on my team.
