I wouldn't do business there anymore terrible place bad customer service the whole works

While I'm sure the service side of the operation is as top notch as the reviews say...the parts dept could use some serious help. Multiple phone calls not returned. When we do get a call back from their seemingly ONLY parts person, we have to give ALL of the information to him again It's as if he doesn't keep track of things well or just doesn't write it down clearly?? I understand busy. I am also a parts professional. And I get busy as well. But I MAKE IT a priority to return messages. It only takes one bad experience to steer customers away. Perhaps they need to expand the department's personnel??

Steve and the team at Del are a great resource if you are looking for a solid dump body. From initial conversations with the guys we learned alot about what exactly we needed to have in place for our heavy dumper. Another manufacturer in Vancouver didn't take the time to run through with us our needs and had we not called Del we would have been using a under powered system for our needs. Super happy with the whole process and posted this review after 2 years of happy dumping and after a small issue came up, Steve and Del's customer service shined here and made it right for us very quickly. Excellent work!
