James was absolutely awesome. I had met him when I was working on an oil change at my friend's place, and we were having trouble with the drain plug on my car. James was open to offering some insight, and he even went to try and fix it himself. When it wasn't possible, he suggested that I could come to his shop and he could use his tools to try and help me out. He was patient, honest, and open with me for any questions or concerns I had. He also made sure to take a look at the car while the oil was draining and was able to help find a solution to an issue I had been having for years. Great quality of service, great people, and great value. Highly recommended!
