I am a little dissipointed in my experience with As New. I am giving them 3 stars (generously) as employees were generally polite and they got the job done. Did not exceed my expectations and seemed to be a rushed job even though they had my vehicle for about 3 weeks. Paint wasnt perfect. They buffed it out after i pointed it out. Upon drop off i asked if my vehicle could be cleaned and detailed and offered to pay extra for it. They advised me they clean the cars at no extra cost. Also was told that my splash guards would be cleaned - even offered to pay extra once again! Upon pickup saw the splashguards werent cleaned at all and the vehicle looked like it had a quick wipedown/vaccum. With over $4000 paid in labour I'd expect something a bit.. better.. more impressionable. I took my chance with a smaller body shop in my community. Next time will go elsewhere.

Perfectly executed repair! We had our car hit in the rear bumper and it was fixed to the highest standards! The whole process went very smoothly, there were no difficulties and there is no auto body repair service that is more helpful, understanding, and easy to work with. We had everything taken care of by Zafir at the end and he even helped us polish up a couple scratches around the car. The car was cleaned inside and out and looked like-new when picked up. Thank you so much for the help and it was a great pleasure to work with you guys!!

The staff went beyond expectations and left us more than satisfied. Service was exceptional, and the quality of the work was great! They even detailed the inside of our car - that was certainly unexpected. Overall a great experience. As New will definitely be our "go to" auto body shop. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience, everyone there was polite, excellent paint job, excellent detail. Hope to not have this happen again but if so I would go back to As New Autobody.
