My beef with this location is when using the Subway app, my sandwich is never ready. On my last experience when ordering through the app, I arrived at the location 25mins after ordering and was told they had just gotten the order, but they would make my sandwich right away. The girl started my sandwich, but then switched to another customer's part way through. As I had to return to work by a given time I had no choice but to leave with no sandwich in hand, that I had already paid for. This wasn't the first time that this happened. This location is 5 mins from my work, but I simpy just can't order there.

Not really impressed that as a paying customer they won't let you use their washroom other subway establishments have let us! How do they expect you to wash your hands before eating your food, i wont be back to this one ever again! So frustrating 😡

Always a decent experience...except with this one staff ! Terrible. Incredibly rude. Keep giving me frowns when she couldn't hear what i was saying. When i'm paying and was prepared to use a giftcard , she frowns again and looks at me and starts schooling me "you are supposed to tell me when you want to use a gift card" , isn't it her JOB to ask "how would you like to pay?" ??? Don't work there if you dont want to , terrible attitude , believe her name started with "M" , she looks partly Asian and Caucasian, avoid her at all cost.

This location is always consistent with their subs and very rarely do they have an off day (and if they do they're very apologetic). The staff is always friendly and they provide a good service. My husband and I come here regularly.

Extremely fast service with very caring employees. This location is always noticeably clean and sanitary. I have been here many times having worked close by and the service has always been amazing, would highly recommend to anyone!
