I am very happy with this store and staff. Have been dealing with them for a couple of year's now since we adopted our cat. All the staff have always been helpful and have given us A1 service. Very helpful and always will make an effort to get our cat food in stock, my cat is very finicky. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for your awesome help and service. 😁😁👍👍
Staff and manager are rude and often ignore you. When at the till paying they are too busy speaking amongst themselves, and when they do speak to you it’s not friendly. I feel unwelcome and feel I’m inconveniencing them by being there. I only keep coming as it’s a convenient location but am looking at other options.
I had a recent surgery and needed to pick up a few items for my dogs. The staff was more than helpful to help me out due to not being able to lift anything! Polite and very knowledgeable too
Everytime I go in there is no welcome. The staff just talk to one another. Its convenient if I am already at the mall but hate giving my money to ungrateful people.
If you like high prices and being ignored by the staff, then this is the place for you. Two women chatting the whole time we were at the till. Not one word to us.
