Because of one staff member whose name begins with S, I will avoid this particular Lordco. I was warned by several friends not to shop here because of him, but didn't believe the reviews.. I was wrong. He is impatient, abrasive, grumpy, and dismissive. He clearly sees customers as a nuisance and a waste of his time (what else is he there for?!). I felt like I was bothering him ordering a part. I was treated with distain. I was given the part in haste, and the invoice, without asking me if I had an account (another clerk had to re-do it). I was not valued as a customer at all. Management needs to fire him. He is a poor steward of the Lordco name, being frontline with customers. Lordco is a good company. He is tarnishing the name and has likely turned off a lot of customers who don't return.
