I dont know if its because she's technology illiterate... but Kelly Fry was impossible to deal with. She doesn't respond to anything, she doesn't say if we got a place or not. She's rude and arrogant, just hard to deal with. Maybe the company should consider looking for someone with better customer service skills and better skills using a cell phone. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
