Great location close to the lifts

Fireside Lodge is a nice place to stay. It's in a very convenient location, right at the top of the village (short walk, or ski, down to the main chairlift) and near the ski route to take you back from the mountain. Overall, a true ski in/ski out setup. They also have ski storage, a small shop onsite, a cafe, bar, and underground parking. There's only one elevator, which isn't that bad seeing as there's four floors. Close to everything you need in the village. However, if there's an issue, you have to contact the property management company, or unit owners, directly as there's no front desk like you'd find at a conventional hotel. This is because all of these units are individually owned, and rented out, more like an Airbnb than a hotel. The last point I have to make is on the doors: there's a key code on most of the unit doors I've seen, meaning you don't need a key or card to get access to your suite. All you need is a numeric code. If you don't have a good memory, this could pose an issue for you, though for me it was great, not having to bring a key with me when I'm heading out, yet still know everything is safe and secure in my room. Overall, I would definitely stay at Fireside again. Check out the different property management companies and what they have to offer before booking a room. As stated above, all the rooms are going to be individually owned, furnished, equipped, priced, and most importantly managed.

Located inside the village, very convenient to ski in and out with the gentle giant run ending just acoss the street from the building. Reception is a couple buildings down though so if you need anything, it's a bit inconvenient. There is a communal outdoor hot tub for the building that got quite busy in the evenings. Rooms we stayed in included a kitchen, washroom, pull out couch and full King bed which was very nice. Parking is underground and requires a parking pass upon check in. There's a cafe and equipment store on the main floor which is very convenient and other restaurants very close by along the village.

Great 👍

Had a really nice stay but it's a little far away from everything if you're not planning to spend the whole time in the resort. The outdoor hot tub was nice but it closes at 11pm.
