Was a good stay but people across the parking lot/bar were always Walking over drunk and bothering guests for cigarettes.Rooms were alright too except when looking for wall outlet I ended up finding nasty vibrator 2 homemade knives police baton! Asked for some gloves gave to front desk to dispose! But was alright during the day best to say indoors at night cause that’s when it’s more active outside with loiters/drunks

Easily the filthiest place I have ever stayed. Hair everywhere, stained towels, icky stuff on drapes, walls, floor & shower curtain was dirty. Run down. Hallways stunk of cigarette smoke. $100/night taking advantage of people desperate to be near HSC

So, not the greatest stay I’ve had however if the hotel did a good deep clean of all the rooms and common areas, and each week identified one item to sort, like the broken lamps, it could be good. The location to health science hospital is brilliant. We appreciated the hospital has both Tim Hortons and Starbucks. There’s a grocery store a few blocks away which was fantastic to buy what we needed for our 4 day stay. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We mentioned a few things to clean and they were very apologetic and responsive.

Poorly taken care of. We found left over open foods in our mini fridge, bad smell in the room, dirty floors. Wasn’t comfortable. Would not recommend
