I've had the pleasure of staying here for 12 nights on an emergency business trip; fantastic service, excellent team! One couldn't ask for a better experience. From the front end team greeting and helping the moment you get to the front entrance, to the front admin team taking care of everything quickly, efficiently, and organized, to the management team acknowledging you with happiness and respect; ensuring the stay is perfect and thanking for the opportunity to take care of me, to the restaurant team preparing great meals, and delivering with class. The food is wonderful, as is the atmosphere. Highly recommend The Fairmont Winnipeg for a clean, enjoyable, and safe stay when away from home, or just wanting to get out.

I had a wonderful stay here, the hotel is up to date with well decorated rooms that have all you need for a comfortable stay. The staff was all very kind, specially the lovely women working front desk. I forgot a precious item in my room and when I called the next day, it was found and she shipped it to my home. I was expecting to be charged for the delivery cost but I was never charged, so I really appreciate the kind gesture. Thank you Fairmont, you have done great at hiring kind, compassionate humans! And at having great showers!

From the moment we got out of our car until check-out time going back in the car, every single one of the staff was very friendly. They made our family’s staycation extra special. The room was perfect and the bathroom, amazing! The food was so good, my family was blown away! Thank you. My daughter can not wait to go back.

Fairmont Winnipeg exceeded all of my expectations. The staff went above and beyond to not only keep my stay there important, but assist in providing solutions on the remainder of my trip cross country. Kira specifically did a wonderful job of providing solutions and being beyond helpful. Will definitely return again

At The Winnipeg Chamber of Commerce we often have a number of our events at The Fairmont Winnipeg. As soon as we load up at the front, the bellmen are quick to help unload our truck and help us with our event bins. Chef Tim is one of our favourite Chefs in the city and is very unique and willing to try something fun for our menus. Gina, Shetty, Fawn and Stella are wonderful people to work with - as well as all the banquet staff who are as friendly as they are professionals. On a personal note, the Velvet Glove is a staple dining spot in our downtown and the Thursday summer Backdoor Burgers is a fun affordable treat!
