We spent 1 night in Dauphin, and were very surprised and pleased with this hotel. The facility is new, bright and clean. The rooms are roomy, the beds comfortable and the linens very nice quality. All these things were great as Dauphin doesn’t have any really nice hotels, until this one. But, it was the staff that really took our stay over the top. Bryan at the front desk was great. He was attentive, responsive, and very helpful. I liken his level of service to that of staff members in 4 star hotels. We have travelled the world, and stayed at many high quality resorts/hotels. Staff in those places have been trained to deliver dedicated superior customer service. I saw those same qualities in Bryan. We also experienced that level of service when we came to breakfast, and were exposed to Chris. Both gentlemen know when to chat, when to joke with customers, when to step back. They had the right mix of attentiveness and small town hosting. This hotel has found the right people for the job, and I hope both gentlemen are in a role where they train staff. We will happily return again. Thank you.

Loved this place!! Front desk girl was extremely pleasant and helpful! I know it's brand new, but it was super clean, and rooms are nice and spacious.

Great hotel to stay at. Nice and clean, staff are really friendly and accommodating. The beds and linens are clean and very comfortable. This was one of my best hotel stays in a while. It was great to have the room prepped and cooled before I checked in.

Spent 1 night during their second week of being open and had a great stay! The employees were all very friendly, the beds were comfortable, good selection of breakfast (buffet style served by staff). The pool room was kept warm which makes it so much more comfortable! The staff was cleaning common areas regularly, everything was very clean and tidy. Had a wonderful stay and will definitely be coming back if in the area!

I ate breakfast there this morning and it was fabulous. The Dill in the eggs was so delicious I had seconds. The service that the kitchen staff provided was spectacular. Definitely a good place for families to eat.
