The staff are doing everything they can to make the stay a good one. During the pandemic, they are doing what they can to keep us safe. The only downside was the underground parking. There was an issue getting the exit door to open and the intercom was down so we had to go up to the front desk twice to get that resolved. Well three times to be exact. Our room on the top floor was very clean but the hot water took a good 5 minutes of running the water before it came out of the faucet.

Hotel itself is fine, the staff is friendly, the location is fantastic, the reason for "meh" review is out of their control but worth mentioning as it will impact your stay: If you have an interior room you will have a view of the seagull colony that has set up camp there. Lots of bird poop on the windows, and the seagulls are obnoxiously loud at all hours. We had trouble sleeping.

Really good location and affordable room all things considered. Super comfortable beds. And they took a lot of additional COVID precautions and cleaning steps.
