Holiday Inn Express & Suites Saint John Harbour Side

Plenty of parking although no security cameras you're taking your own risk. Ok location, walkable to downtown. Acknowledged us as platinum members and gave us a great room, we slept awesome, no noise at all. Only taking off a star for closing the hot tub and taking away the usually plentiful hot breakfast in lieu of a bunch of granola bars and cheap muffins - I get it, covid govt regulations but it's still not what we're used to. They should reduce points per night as a chain because you're really not getting ALL the amenities but you're still paying same points. Otherwise no negative feedback to the management, everything was clean, efficient, on point.

Always a great location to stay. Comfortable beds, great staff, awesome breakfast. The rooms are fairly up to date and the overall hotel cleanliness is above average.

Wonderful service despite covid 19...felt very comfortable and welcomed. Room and facilities very clean and modern. Overall great especially for families with young children

This hotel is nice and clean, quiet and a good stay. But the desk service is a little off . I feel as if I’m not welcome and simple things that should be care free I feel like I have to ask. I’ve only had issues with one person in particular and I’m not sure if it’s because my boyfriend and I are younger. But I don’t feel as if we’re being treated fairly. Other than that great place. Just be prepared to argue with front desk about pool and little things that shouldn’t be argued. She shouldn’t be working guest services. Not a people person

Spotless room, with up to date interior. Great place to stay with some views of the harbour. Would recommend staying here.
