Canadas Best Value Inn Saint John New Brunswick

If you stay at this hotel I hope you have the honour of having Eric at the front desk. Eric went above and beyond to make my partner and I very comfortable, We did not travel to SJ under the best circumstances(passing of my grandfather). Eric was able to completely change our mood. Paying attention to detail in our lives, his outstanding customer service skills I can confidently say could turn anyone’s frown upside down. Not all Hero’s wear capes! The room was re done and outstanding. Beautiful view, better sleep then I have at home. So much to do for everyone and we will 100% be back. Also the pool was open and clean

Staff were very nice and incredibly accommodating. I had my dog with me and the service was amazing.

I have stayed at this hotel 4 times in the past 6 months, the room i was in was nice and clean and the beds comfortable, on the last trip i stayed in a newly reno. room that can contend with high end hotels. the food in the restaurant is great, everything i have had so far has been great The only thing i was not happy with was the amount of the cash deposit for the room, i stayed one night and it was $200.00 and when i returned 2 1/2 weeks later it was $250.00 to much. after a guest has stayed there a few times they should become a trusted guest and wave the deposit or lower it, this would be good for older people as i am

This Inn was a cheap place for an overnite stay. The room was clean and adequate. They provided a bagged to go breakfast. It had a restaurant for a sot down eating.

Hallways and elevator are very dated however room was newly updated, was fairly clean my comforter had some stains which made me alittle uneasy but all was well.
