Travelodge Suites by Wyndham Saint John

My experience was it was s nice atmosphere and quiet place to stay I found the staff to be very ignorant and not very accommodating.. You would think after staying a week and paying the full price they would offer you some kinda discount on your next stay but instead they tried to still offer me the full amount which I think was not very perfessional ... I also asked if there was better rate they could offer and they said that was the rate but on fortunately I man had came in to rent a room and she actually gave him the rate at a lower cost ... So I would not recommend them to anyone due to these unfortunate circumstances...

Staff is amazing, and rooms are always nice and clean when we check in!

Basic no frills rooms abit outdated. Breakfast is also very basic with no gluten free options. No pool, very small gym that can only accommodate two people.

FLEAS- A few of us WorksafeNB clients (located in different rooms) got bit and were diagnosed with flea bites by a WorksafeNB nurse. From what other clients told us, this is apparently a recurring problem at this hotel due to their pet policy. On another note, the hotel's side door could not lock which meant anybody could get in which was unsafe for guests. I found some staff members to be either rude or indifferent (not all but some). All in all, the rooms are a nice size but some issues definitely need to be addressed.

Clean, comfortable rooms and a more than satisfying free breakfast. Above and beyond staff and easy access to main Saint John roadways.
