Friendly affordable clean and reasonably priced. Great family business with a family atmosphere.

Good motel. Owner is great and willing to do what it takes to make your stay comfortable. Appliances are okay but need upgrades, rooms clean and view technically qualify as oceanview, since you can see bay from the room. Overall good place that is fairly priced. One thing that was a surprise for us is AC, not all rooms have it and for travelers who are used to motels further south this fact comes as a small shock but because Saint John is not a southern town AC is not really needed in the room, so unless you happen to catch those few days when it gets kinda hot, AC is not needed. We enjoyed our stay and had plenty of fun in and around Saint John for 7 days

Was a great spot along our journey through east Canada. Kant was very kind and helped with anything extra we needed to make our stay as cozy as needed. Bed comfortable and quiet neighbourhood.

In the room we had the door would barley shut and the windows where stuck open. There was a rolled up Canadien tire bill on a picture hanging on the wall very obvious they were snorting coke. The bed felt like someone died and laid in that position for months as you could feel the imprint of all the others who laid in the bed.
