Mobile Auto Mechanic

Trevor Louie was suggested to me through a mutual friend, and it turns out that he doesn't know anymore than how to change a tire. So give him a call if you have a flat, other than that he isn't able to do anything mechanical. He is not a certified automotive service technician, and he does not own a proper business, therefore he should not be working on peoples vehicles for currency. Especially, when he fails to follow proper procedures, while working on peoples vehicles, and puts their safety at risk... He had my car while I was away for work, for 6 WEEKS. I needed it to be drivable again as it needed a new wheel bearing. While he "worked" on my car, he wasn't keeping me updated on what was being done, even though I had asked him to, and had also received 2 phone calls, about him joy riding my car. His response was that he was test driving it. I told him when I'd be home to pick up my car. He did not tell me whether or not my car was safe to drive. When I came to get my car He wasn't around and had left the keys with the store, near his shop. I got onto the highway and couldn't drive faster than 50km without it shaking uncontrollably. When I asked, he wasn't able to provide receipts for the parts and work that he supposedly put in. I had to bring it in to an actual shop to fix what he had done. He did not make an effort to fix it and wasn't to be heard from after I picked up my car. From what I had experienced with this "mobile mechanic", I suggest you go to a professional, instead. That's if you value your vehicle, and your life. No sense in paying more to fix what he did wrong.
