I will never go to another jeweler without coming here first!! I first came here to have my engagement ring sized (which was not purchased from Rutledge as my husband and I didn't know about them at the time!) and from the second I called, their customer service was beyond amazing. We ended up buying our wedding bands from here when we were getting married, and again - stellar customer service. Scott was so patient and kind while we took what felt like an eternity trying on every band in the store to make sure we found the perfect ones. Not only do they have the best customer service of any jeweler I had contacted/spoken to during our process, but their quality and pricing is extremely competitive. We will for sure be back in the future & I have already recommended them to anyone I know looking for awesome jewelers! Thank you so much to Scott & the entire team!

This jewelry store is amazing! They have a great selection of jewelry and the customer service is exceptional. My family and I have purchased several pieces of jewelry from here, including the gorgeous engagement ring my fiancé recently surprised me with! We also get cleaning, repairs and appraisals done here too. Fantastic store and staff.

Had a nice browse in this store today. Only one little concern. I was looking at their section of Tiffany & Co. and Cartier pieces(vintage but more like gently used.) Was thrilled to see the Cartier bangle and stated right up front that it was not in my price range. I just do not understand why the friendly sales clerk held onto the piece for dear life after? That was for the entire duration I was in the store also. Trust me they do not even do this at Cartier or Tiffany & Co.

Please excuse my poorly maintained nails haha! Liliana worked closely with my mother to surprise me with this beautiful vintage ring! It’s absolutely wonderful and I’m so grateful for the excellent customer service I received when I went it to have it sized with her. I needed to go up a whole 2 sizes! The Goldsmith did a FANTASTIC job of making it completely seamless and you’d never guess it was originally a 7.5!
