Had my summer to winter tires changed and brakes changed as well. If you're looking for a fair price, and great, professional yet friendly service, this is the place for you! I only wish I'd have found this place when I first moved here.

I DON'T RECOMMEND. Unless you dont mind being without your vehicle for two days. Had work done there twice. Took my car in AM first thing both times. Both times 2hrs or less labour. So after waiting too long, and calling, Shawn calls back at 4:30 to tell what is needed, but guess what, too late to do it today. So leave vehicle. So, you'd think that because you waited all day 1 for assessment that you're numbet one on the list next morning. NOT. It's a two day service place. I do like supporting small places like this but hoping to find another that has more respect for peoples schedules.

My truck front wheel bearings broke and I was stranded in the hotel. Monday morning I called Pennock and they arranged for a tow. By Wednesday, my truck was ready after they spent countless hours fixing the wheel, servicing the other three wheels, all the breaks, front axle and t-bars. What I thought would take at least a week was done in 2 days. Thanks guys!!!!

Awful service. Dropped my car off at 8am for a scheduled appointment. (Transmission oil and filter change) 330pm I have to call them... only to hear that they havent started yet. Might not get to it.. Apparently they were backed up/delayed. Next time give some customer service and call to inform them of what's going on. Dont over book!

Had my tires swaped, oil changed, battery replaced there for the past year and only had good service with these guys. Price is good as well as service turn around time. They give good feed back on your car condition. Would recommend in you live nearby and want to support local business.
