Adam and his Mechanic were SUPERB! We had just come of the Columbia Western Rail trail from Christina Lake with a minor mechanical. Called ahead as it was the end of the day and these guys stayed open for us and helped put us back on the road. Thanks for your support and laughs. The 650B guy for Delta.. Stellar service. They were able to quickly fix my bike somehow through a busy schedule and salvage the end of my trip.

Bought a chain and cassette about a month ago. Installed them with a chainring no more than a few weeks old. As I wanted parts without having to order them in I let them sell me on a sunrace cassette and hollow pin SRAM chain. I was told this cassette was as good or better than what I was replacing. After one ride it does nothing but rattle and creek, all the rivets are coming loose and the new chain has broken 5 times in one month. Gave them an opportunity to stand behind their product but they said since I installed it there is nothing they can do. As a former bike mechanic I have been working on and riding bikes longer than these guys have been in buisness. I installed them correctly they sold me downgraded parts and tried to justify it by saying that is what they sell to everyone. I do not recommend this shop to anyone they are un-truthful about their products and don't stand behind what they sell.

Fun experience here today with the guys helping a friend buy her first real mountain bike, very friendly atmosphere in store, had everything she needed to get setup there & then, she left the store very happy with a shiny new Trek.. Thanks again :) will be back!
