In our COVID day I wanted a shop I could walk to and from to avoid asking for rides. Jake’s is nearest to my home and the reviews here were good so I asked Jake to fix the hatch on my van which would not lock. I found Jake to be a humble man because though he could not find the cause of the problem he asked my permission if he could take it to another shop for me. I agreed, the other shop fixed the van, and Jake drove my van back to his shop. Here the impressive part, Jake only charged me what he owed the other shop. I was not charged for anything else. The next time I need my van repaired I’ll take it to Jake’s.
