Not good! Booked my Jeep in for repairs 3 weeks in advance and Equicare completely forgot about my apt. Didn't offer to fix the situation or reschedule. They did not even apologize or seem to care that they screwed up. I was really relying on them to get my vehicle fixed on my only day off this month. Thank you Equicare for not valuing my time.👍

Polite honest service

Bernie is an absolute master! During a time sensitive road trip Bernie was able to source and install a new starter motor within a few hours! Not only was he fast, but also had the patiences to explain what he did and I still have both my arms and legs!! He saved the day and me a massive head ache! 6/5
