Had car towed to shop and provided a free courtesy car when a certain road coverage company had told me they would to tow vehicle., but I had to walk. Also replaced a part that had gone south from a previous repair and an additional repair at cost. Great service!

Always great customer service and they've handled 2 out of province inspections for us. Sweetness and seamless. Great attitudes and all staff are very knowledgeable. Lucky to have a shop like this in such a rural area. 10/10 would take my vehicles here before going to vernon.
