Witnessed a very unprofessional and unkind exchange with a young couple looking under their hood trying to figure out what was wrong with their own vehicle. Shaun the owner was aggressive and very curt with them. I felt bad for the couple who were just trying to understand what was wrong with their vehicle. Not the best way to show the public you care to serve them.
