This review is much overdue but it must be said. I had visited Chris at his shop when it was located in North Vancouver and was very satisfied with the work he did on a 2005 RX-8. Forward a few months later to August 9th 2018, I decided to make the drive up to Keremeos from Vancouver when I saw that his shop had relocated. I arrived around noon and discovered that his shop was still in the process of being relocated. I will add as well, mine was an unscheduled visit. He worked me into his schedule for that day which was full of set up and errands for his new shop I’m sure and took care of the RX-8. The issue was the stereo head unit display was glitching out and flashing nonsense symbols. I appreciate him, taking a look at the car, getting it fixed same day, without a fully functioning shop, all without an appointment. Not sure what I was thinking in retrospect but thank you Chris. I’m considering making the drive up with a non Mazda vehicle, just to get an inspection and opinion I trust and value.

Chris has proven himself to me to be to consistent in his honesty, accuracy, reliable and thorough workmanship. He diagnoses correctly and charges fairly for his work. I have a very hard time trusting mechanics, or quite honestly, any service industry "professionals". Chris has been and continues to be an exception. Thanks!

For over 15 years now, I have owned only Mazda vehicles. Eunos Custom Automotive is the only shop I will let touch them. Why? The reason is simple... I TRUST THEM! Not many people can say they fully trust a repair shop, I have never met a mechanic who has done a better job or has such a complete knowledge of Mazda vehicles. Chris has gone above and beyond for me in the past and helped bring back to life my beloved 3rd Gen RX-7 when it was almost ready for the scrap heap. He doesn't pull punches and gives it to you straight up what needs to be done and doesn't cut corners with his quality work or parts used. Even if I didn't own Mazda Vehicles, I would bring them to Chris, he can fix anything and the layout of his shop makes for a great work space and high productivity. I have been going to this shop for as long as I can remember for all my cars, Mazdas included. He is the best Mazda mechanic and arguably the best mechanic in lower mainland PERIOD! He is always willing to go out of his way to help the customer. When he is under pressure and busy, sure he doesn't want to sit down on the phone and chat with your for half an hour, but unless you work on your car yourself, I would not take the car anywhere else beside his shop. My cars, my parents, my siblings, and friends go to his shop, and they are all happy! Just can't go wrong!

Chris is amazing! He give great advices and services. He did an amazing job on my car. I will recommend anyone who need some work done on the RX-8 Be sure to make an appointment through the email. It will take him around a day to reply.
