went inside to deal with an accident report and everything was handled swiftly and orderly. anytime i have met an officer from this location on the streets, the encounter was dealt with respectfully and swiftly. stay great!

Horrible customer service. The one officer looked at me and didn't bother to ask if i needed help. Instead starting "typing on the computer" at the front counter. That was awkward because no one was in line just me sitting down like sign says at the front entrance. But 10 mins later another officer came helped me out. I totally understand why this place has 2.7 ratting.

Wonderful experience! Was in to get a criminal check all the ladies up front were helpful and friendly. The process was very quick aside from me not being prepared as I should have been. Great work and lovely attitude West Ed girls. Thank you
