I am at my wits end with these people . I m trying to get on with my life and the people there seem to get some sort of pleasure by sending my application back to me not once but twice. I jump through the hoops only to have the rug pulled out beneath my feet . They don t want to help you they want you to suffer the rest of your life and I have nothing but contempt and hatred for them now.
