Nice staff but way too expensive!!

Majority of the staff is nice, they are knowledgeable and friendly except one. I have a bad experiences almost every interactions I’ve had with this staff member. Unfortunately she is the one who is in most of the time. She’s an older lady, short hair and wears glasses. She always has a rude demeanour and is very opinionated. She does not have very good customer service. I get she may not be into small talk or chitchatting about the customers pets. But She could at least smile when you converse with her at the till. But no she acts as if she doesn’t hear you. She gives you the total of your bill and that’s it. That’s the only conversation you will get. Now maybe it was a bad day but this style of interaction has happened every time I have been there and she is working, and okay maybe she doesn’t like me? But nope a few other people I’ve talked to has had the same experience with her. It’s a shame.
