They are amazing!! I went in to get my watch fixed (the strap had snapped off from the watch head) and she worked with me for weeks on ways we could get it fixed. Eventually I ordered new links from Michael Kors and she fabricated something up to get my watch fixed! It's perfect!! She's a lovely lovely lady. Thank you so much!
