Horrible experience with Goldsmith and the Customer Experience team. I had a gold bracelet ruined by their Goldsmith and when I asked what happened and tried to seek a solution, they told me it wasn’t their problem. Then they continued to try to get me to spend more money with them to try and fix the damage they had already caused. Please not use their service, it was awful.

I am so happy with their beautiful products , quality and knowledge . Their prices are much less than what you would pay elsewhere for equivalent quality . I have recommended them to my friends and family . Thank you for your professionalism and customer care , Michelle .

Had a small necklace that needed a simple repair and the lady working here was very nice and was able to fix it in a couple minutes and didnt charge. Thank you for your kindness.

The new owner like the advertisement said has really embraced and lived up to the previous owners great community reputation and you can't beat the 50 and 60% discounts offered. Great shop and great people. Michelle is always ready to show me what is new and I have always loved everything I have bought over the years from them. I had a vintage ring sized when no one else would do it as the stone could crack and it turned out perfect. I highly recommend this shop.
