Holiday Inn Vancouver-Centre (Broadway)

Staff were helpful. No services at this time due to covid but ask front desk for towels and garbage bags. Bring some wipes and such! Room had a mini fridge, keurig and kettle that we really appreciated. Accessible room, but carpeted and wheelchair couldn't fit under desk. Also hard to get commode into shower. My partner had a reaction to something in the sheets. Worth bringing your own if you have sensitive skin or hypoallergenic cleaners that maybe housekeeping can use to launder for your room. We found it hard to get my partner to and from the van during busy times of the day as cabs hangout by front entry. Good for whoever needs a cab though! Parking on site was convenient and not overly busy. Super grateful to be located close to hospitals and while the accessible room wasn't the best for our needs, it wasn't impossible. We spent a lot of time indoors and were glad to stay here :)

People and staff are so friendly so amazing. I was so comfortable that I didn't want to leave. I will definitely go back and stay at the holiday inn. Terrific place, staff, people all around.

I never stayed at this location personally however I stayed at other Branches previously mostly DT Vancouver. I just wanted to leave a review because I was out for a stroll today with my husband and he was parched. We walked in wondering if there is a fountain close by. Everything was closed for the day but the nice lady at reception gave us a bottle of water even though we were not staying there. I thought that was just a very sweet thing to do.

Very convenient for medical appointments near VGH. Friendly staff and very clean.
