I had a reservation for 6 nights I made in January. When I showed up last week after talking to them on the phone twice, my name was not on the list of names on the front porch that gave directions how to unlock the house. When I reached the manager, he informed me all the reservations made in January had been canceled after the amount was paid in full. No offer to help, he just kept pointing to only one booking. Wound up finding a much better place. This looks like a nice place in a good location, but buyer beware.

It is an excellent, comfortable, clean, and safe place. The area is safe as well. Transportation is very convenient. You can take sky train to steamworks at the last stop to northbound as taking it to southbound to Vancouver International airport.

I called to inquire about what was included in the room rate as I wanted to book for three nights. I was told by the person who answered to check online as he/she was in the middle of something. Not a good first impression. I will be looking elsewhere.

Really lovely house. The owner is very nice. Beds were comfy. Location very good - close to public transport. Safeway & shopping center are just around the corner :) It could be a bit cleaner (especially in the bin area in the kitchen).
