Just letting everyone know that this motel is extremely clean..great owners..the lady that runs the motel is the one that cleanes the rooms herself..alot of pride goes into her work..not a speck of dust to be found anywhere..the room we had was extremely inviting and comfortable...beds were high pillow tops...very quiet at night...we would definitely stay there again...loved it..thank u sunset motel...
Squeaky clean, basic but comfortable, quiet in spite of the highway and trains. A good overnight stop.
The only downside is the very noisy bathroom fan which comes on automatically with the light.
Would definitely stay again.
What a gem of a motel! My family and I stayed here on our trip from Calgary to NW Ontario, and enjoyed a very nice sleep. The owners clearly take pride in their property, which is seen through their updates and overall cleanliness. The only thing I would have liked were bigger towels, but that is SUCH a minor inconvenience. It was very quiet for a motel, even though every room was full that night. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
Staff is very friendly. Rooms are renovated and clean. Nice motel!
Stayed here twice now. Quiet. Easy access and great location. Walking distance to some shopping and eats. Hosts very friendly. Thanks for a great place to stop and rest for the night!!
