City Paws Pet Supplies

This is our new neighborhood pet supply place and honestly the gal who owns it is simply the best. She's so friendly and helpful - will always give you a sample or let you know about sales. We love supporting local and this place is fantastic

I love my pet and enjoy going to different pet stores, including City Paws on Main Street to buy what my pet needs or simply to say “hi” and hang out exploring new pet products. Of all the pet stores I visit, I must say that City Paws is one store that pulls my heartstrings. There are so many things I like about City Paws and its owner: The store space is bright, spacious (dogs are free to roam around without being stuck in traffic and being face to face with another dog that might be shy). The store is airy and beautiful, and I love the energy. It does not feel like your ordinary commercial pet store. Although it’s a large space, it feels like a “mom and pop” store. Upon entering, it’s friendly and I feel welcomed. I don’t feel pressured (underlined) to make a purchase each time I go to the store. The owner of City Paws, Shahin, has a ton of work experience in the retail pet industry. She is a knowledgeable, caring and a kind informative owner. She keeps herself current and fills her shelves with what her customers need. I love the fact that this young, smart, warm and cool entrepreneur is quite transparent, and does not sell you something you don’t need or want. The store carries a lot of local brands, which I don’t find in other stores. It’s affordable and she offers a senior discount every day instead of once a month. The owner and staff care about everybody’s animals and want the best for them. When I meet other dog and cat lovers who go to City Paws pet store, I ask them what they love about this place and they say, “There is something very authentic and genuine in the way that they do business-- to help you out and to give a little love to the animals.” I agree!

These guys are amazing! I always get a great deal compared to other stores on main! They carry a great variety of pets supplies and food and are always helpful. I will always come back here ❤️

They helped me pick amazing products and even suggested cheaper options at other stores.
