Clean store, good range of supplies. Not a big store, so some options are limited. That said, the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Convenient, reasonable prices, had to ask for senior's discount

The stars are for Jeffrey who is a knowledgeable and friendly person who provides good customer service. He gives every indication that he would be able to handle the process of a customer order despite the fact that when I ordered items in the past in this store it seemed to be asking too much to get an accurate ETA for the order and a phone call when it came in. Telling me "it might be in there" and indicating a shrink-wrapped pallet that had come in hours before, was unacceptable.
