Love Jan, she's super knowledgeable and has helpful with tips about how to bond with birds. I always enjoy seeing her and the other friendly staff when I go in.

Had a great first experience there today. Felt very welcomed there shopping even though I was there right before closing. The lady there had great humor and made it a fun experience for an above & beyond birdy store :)

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Great products, a one stop shop for all your birdie needs. They have so many cool birdie things!! Love this place.

Very disappointed with how I was treated by staff at this store. I can't even begin to find the words to describe my experience here. I won't be returning based on that experience. Staff and owner were rude, spoke to me in a derogatory and disrespectful tone. Good customer service requires listening to the customer and doing your best to help them. I did not receive this treatment. All I wanted was a clear answer based on two recommendations I recieved from their staff. I thought they were able to help me solve the problem but instead they accused me of several things. I advise people not to go to this store. There are better stores out there that treat their customers with the respect they deserve. Funny enough, the owner said to me that I should treat young people with respect (referring to her daughter). I recieved NONE of that from you or your staff. I am a young individual and I am severely disgusted how hypocritical you are. Absolutely terrible customer service. This was an awful experience for me it was the worst customer service I have ever recieved.
